This scientific paper presents a new alternative quantum model known as the Cover Theory. According to this model, photons possess only wave properties, and their particlelike behavior arises solely due to interactions with external coverings. The theory provides mathematical and logical explanations for several fundamental problems that modern quantum mechanics has yet to fully resolve.
