This book is dedicated to creating the political-philosophical foundation of Aliyev studies based on the analysis of the underlying principles and provisions of the political philosophy, practical activity of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev. The book is devoted to the study of Heydar Aliyev's life path, political career, political activity during the Soviets and independence periods, activities in the field of public administration, economic building, cultural construction and formation of national ideology and domestic and foreign policy.
